The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back or returning the product in-store. This includes purchases with free shipping, this is one way shipping only. 

Please note that we do our best to represent the true color & finish of our products in photos.  If you have questions or concerns about color or finish, please reach out to us prior to making your purchase.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Regular priced online purchases are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit when shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Sale merchandise is final sale.

All merchandise must be unworn, returned in original boxes with insoles. 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Regular priced footwear & handbags are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase.
(with the exception of Blundstones, which are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days.) 

Sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses and hair accessories are final sale.

All merchandise must be unworn, returned in original boxes, and accompanied by original receipt.
