Online Return Policy
To return your purchase, please email us at email@example.com - Items must be shipped back within 7 days from receiving them. All items must be in new, unworn condition, including all insoles & come in the original box. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back or returning the product in-store. This includes purchases with free shipping, this is one way shipping only. Please note that we do our best to represent the true color & finish of our products in photos. If you have questions or concerns about color or finish, please reach out to us prior to making your purchase. Our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy.
Christmas policy: We are offering an extension for Blundstones & Glerups that are purchased as gifts. This will be for an in-store exchange/pick-up or in-store credit ONLY until January 5th (no refunds.) We do not accept exchanges/ returns on Boxing Day. Please note that due to COVID 19, production is down for both Glerups & Blundstones, stock availability is much lower than usual. We may not have the ability to obtain the exact color or size you're looking for at the time you are exchanging your merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience
